Project Details
Aaron Enterprises, Inc. was contracted to complete two pipe rams from a common pit under an interstate in Woodbury, NY. Two 48” x 0.750” WT casing was advanced 300’ and 195’ in opposite directions. A combination of pipe ramming, auguring out the casing and hand tunneling was needed to advance the casing. Large boulders were encountered on both casing installations increasing the difficulty of the overall install.
